The Fondation «La Nuit des Neiges» will hand over the donations collected at the 2008 Nuit des Neiges gala.

The recipients of the 2008 donations are:

- The Sepp Blatter Football and Humanity Foundation,
  established by the FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter
- A.V.E.C. (Association pour la Vie, Espoir contre le
  Cancer [Association for Life, Hope against Cancer])
  founded and chaired by Professor David Khayat
- The association Le sourire de Chiang Khong [Chiang
   Khong’s smile]
- The Valais-Argentine association
- F.O.R.C.E (Fondation Recherche sur le cancer de
   l’enfant [foundation for research into children’s
   cancer])

Joseph S. Blatter and Professor David Khayat will be presented with cheques for CHF 90,000 and CHF 70,000 respectively by the Nuit des Neiges committee.
The Sourire de Chiang Khong association will receive a cheque for CHF 10,000, while the Valais-Argentine association and F.O.R.C.E will each be presented with a cheque for CHF 5,000.
